Responsible Gaming at 398bet — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Enjoy entertainment within your limits. 398bet is committed to giving you a safe, informed, and enjoyable experience.
Gaming is for Entertainment, Not Income
398bet believes that online betting and casino games are purely a form of entertainment. They should never be thought of as a regular source of income. Every game carries the chance of winning or losing — and you should always be prepared for the possibility of losing before you play.
398bet is a trusted name for thousands of players in Bangladesh. We want every user to enjoy our platform in an informed, safe, and responsible way. To support that goal, we have developed a range of protective tools and guidelines to help you stay within your limits.
Responsible gaming means setting your own budget, respecting time limits, and taking a break when playing starts feeling like pressure rather than fun. 398bet will be by your side every step of the way.
Responsible Gaming Tools
Use these tools in your 398bet account to stay safe.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period — so you are protected from depositing more on impulse.
Time-Out Break
Take a time-out break ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks. During this period no betting or gaming will be possible on your account. It is ideal for reducing stress or simply taking a rest.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you have a longer-term problem, you can close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. Once self-exclusion is activated it cannot be reversed — this option is for when you have made a firm decision.
Loss Limit
Set a cap in advance on how much you are willing to lose within a given period. When you reach that limit the system will automatically stop you and prevent you from placing any further bets.
Reality Check
Automatic reminders are sent at set intervals to let you know how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. Stay aware and make your own decisions.
Age Verification (21+)
398bet is for users aged 21 or above only. Age verification is required at registration. We take the necessary steps to prevent underage users from creating accounts.
Signs of Problem Gambling
If even one of the following signs applies to you, it is time to take a break.
Continuing to play repeatedly in an attempt to recover money you have lost.
Feeling restless, irritable, or frustrated when you are unable to gamble.
Hiding your gambling from family, friends, or colleagues.
Spending money meant for bills, food, or debt repayment on gambling.
Trying to stop playing but failing repeatedly.
Using gambling as an escape to relieve stress or emotional pain.
Betting larger amounts than before to feel the same level of excitement.
Check Yourself
Answer the following questions honestly. If you answer yes to more than three, consider seeking support.

Tips for Responsible Gaming
Following these habits will keep gaming enjoyable at all times.
- Set a maximum budget before you play, and stop when that amount is gone.
- Never use money you need for living expenses — rent, food, or debt repayments — for betting.
- If you play for more than an hour straight, take a break — drink some water, go for a short walk.
- Never play when you are angry, mentally exhausted, or under the influence of alcohol.
- Chasing losses — continuing to play in hopes of recovering what you lost — never works.
- Game outcomes are never certain — every round is independent and past wins or losses have no effect on the next one.
- Spend time with family and friends — a healthy social life is the foundation of good mental health.
- Keep your account secure from minors — never share your password with anyone.

398bet's Responsible Gaming Policy
398bet believes that online betting and gaming is entirely a form of entertainment and is in no way a means of making a living. Our responsible gaming policy is built on three core principles: Protection, Awareness, and Support.
Protection
Keeping every user's personal and financial information secure is our first responsibility. Through SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and strict age verification, we ensure that only users aged 21 or above can access our platform.
Awareness
We want every player to understand that there is no guaranteed strategy for winning at gambling. Every game outcome is determined by a random number generator, which is completely unpredictable. Past results do not determine future results. Accept this reality and play for entertainment, not in expectation of profit.
Support
If any user feels their gambling habits are getting out of control, we are ready to act immediately. Let us know via live chat or email and we will arrange to place limits on your account or activate a full self-exclusion.
Remember — asking us for help is never something to be ashamed of. It is a brave and sensible decision. 398bet always puts your well-being above business interests.
